How To Order
Please note that the prices on our website are for customers ordering for end-user use, whether you are a baker & decorator or arts and crafter.
To find out more about a particular cookie cutter, sticker, stamp, vinyl piece, click on the 'Read More' icon for dimensions, ideas, and more information. While you are looking at items you are interested in, click on the 'Add to Cart' icon. Keep on doing this for each item you would like to purchase and receive a quote for.
Before submitting your cart, please provide us with as much detail as possible. Such as: contact number, postal address, special instructions. There is enough space for all of this.
Once we receive your web enquiry for your impression mat, punch, FISKARS product or whatever else you like, we will process a Sales Order for you and send it via email to the address from which you sent your enquiry. We will include shipment fees per your instructions provided on this Sales Order.
Should you require amendment to your order, please communicate this back via email so that we can ensure your request will be attended to.
When you are happy with your pro-forma, please make payment into our bank account, which is indicated on the email with your Sales Order. Once your payment is REFLECTED in our bank account we will despatch your package and email you your tracking/waybill number.
POSTAGE: South African Post Office appears to have normalized and packages are being delivered again. All parcels sent will cost a minimum of R40.00. For each kilogram or part thereof after the first kilogram will be charged at an additional R5.00. At the same time we also charge 3% on most parcels to cover for insurance in the event of the package going missing. Damage is not covered. We endeavour to secure your parcel to avoid damage, so please inform us if there is anything amiss with your parcel. Packages need to be at the post office in Mtunzini by 4pm each day for early morning collection the next day.
Once we have posted your parcel, we are not responsible for your package and cannot supply you with information regarding delivery time. SAPO gives us an estimated 5 business days for delivery, depending of destination of package. NB: This very much depends on where you are situated. You can log onto www.sapo.co.za and track your parcel.
COURIER: We currently use FASTWAY Couriers. This is not a speedservice and can take between 2 - 5 working days to reach you. However, it is a delivery service. The cost of this service depends of the number of items ordered and what size envelope of theirs can accommodate the order. Pricing begins at R50.00 per package and includes insurance up to R1000. Collection for these is 10 am each morning in Mtunzini for delivery at depot at 6pm that evening. You can also track your package by logging onto www.fastway.co.za and entering your waybill number.
COURIER/OVERNIGHT: We have no problem accommodating this option, however, should this be required by yourself, we request that you arrange this from your side where available.
